Lately we’ve been hearing a lot of our clients say they can’t believe it’s almost the end of 2018. If your practice or DSO is not achieving its financial goals for the year, don’t fret, it’s not too late! Here are 3 ways to make it happen:
1. Focus on your number: Break down what you need to still bring in into daily goals, by provider and communicate with each team member – the sooner the better! And if you have a commission structure, remind the team of the $$$ they can earn!
2. Reach out to patients that have not yet enrolled into treatment: Build a treatment tracker and a script for your team to call these patients with end of the year insurance messaging to help build urgency. Get your patients’ smiles looking great for the Holidays!
